Are you a highly-motivated scientist that has excelled academically and in research?
Trainees at all stages will have the opportunity to be a primary author on published peer-reviewed manuscripts, present their work at national and international meetings, while receiving direct supervision in translational neuroscience and psychiatry. Trainees at the graduate or undergraduate level interested in these areas of research are encouraged to send their CV and a letter describing their goals and interests to Dr. McGirr (alexander.mcgirr@ucalgary.ca).
There is extensive support to progress your career/training. These include numerous fellowships as well as travel/publication awards.
